Upon purchasing a service package, we'll follow up with you in one business day asking for time frames you have open. We inspect properties in geographic groups and you'll be notified of your 2 hour arrival window as soon as we can confirm when we will be in your area. Each inspection will take 2-3 hours depending upon the size of your property.
Our inspection process is based on how we believe your customers would experience your property. Beginning with entering it, via hard key, key code or smart lock, all the way to how they would checkout. There's a lot in between, and we're happy to share with you an example page of our 'Experience Report'.
Once complete, we will share our report with you to provide you the comfort of addressing anything we noticed. Our reports are detailed and include photos and videos of anything we found, as well as provide recommendations to correct them. From there the Experience Report will be finalized and issued.
Our exclusive 'Inspeksy Certification of Inspection©', will be issued to you. The certificate badge comes with a date stamp to inform buyers on how proactive you are to maintain the quality of your property. Each time we conduct an inspection we'll issue you a new badge. Our packages include either 2 or 4 inspections a year.
With your 'Inspeksy Certification of Inspection©' and Experience Report in-hand, using it to market your short term BnB or long property is a must to increase bookings.

In order to keep our pricing low, we schedule our audit team to go to geographies in batches. That is why certain markets are set up on a particular schedule according to demand.
Inspeksy inspects all long and short term rental properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, multi-family dwellings, and of course the unique and unusual properties as well.
While it is not required, we highly recommend that the property owner or manager be present during the inspection. This allows us to explain our findings in person and answer any questions you may have; as well as streamline the output of the "Experience Report".

Yes. There are three tiers to our rating system: Gold, Silver, Purple. Just for conducting the inspections we believe that is demonstrating to your customers you care.
To earn a Gold star, your inspection will have to have met 80% of our criteria. Silver 70%.
Absolutely. On the next inspection, correcting issues will lead to a higher rating.
